Tendr Bill provides invoicing, payment, and related communication functionality. Users agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the security, reliability, or operation of the service.
Tendr Bill facilitates payment-related workflows and status tracking. By submitting payment information or authorizing a transaction, users represent that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the requested payment processing.

If a user provides consent to receive text messages from Tendr Bill, those messages may include invoice, payment, account, or support-related notifications. Message frequency may vary based on account activity and use of the service. Message and data rates may apply depending on the user’s mobile carrier or plan.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to use Tendr Bill unless text messaging is specifically necessary for a requested support or account function.
Use of Tendr Bill is also subject to the Tendr Bill Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes what information may be collected, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Tendr Bill may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service as needed for maintenance, security, operational changes, or legal compliance. Reasonable efforts may be made to maintain service reliability, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Users may not use Tendr Bill to submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent activity.
Tendr Bill may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
